[教學] 調味鹽加生米

前幾週到金鍋盃中正店用餐時發現,
調味鹽巴裡頭加了生米,好奇回家做了功課
發現這個小撇步:防止鹽巴結塊

 

鹽罐結塊是因為空氣中帶有濕氣,
鹽巴的粒子較小容易吸收濕氣,所以容易結塊!

米粒本身也是吸收濕氣絕佳的幫手,
吸收濕氣的速度比鹽快對鹽巴來說米就具有乾燥劑的功能
好處是天然又容易取得,所以大部分的人都會把生米加在鹽罐中囉!
